Do you have group Personal Training options?

Yes, you can invite a friend to join sessions for an additional $20 per session (e.g. $80 total per studio session). Going halves in the session will mean you are only paying $40 each.

Do I need a gym at home for mobile sessions?

No, I bring the equipment but we can certainly utilize any equipment you already have. 

I have injuries or a medical condition, can I still train with you?

Yes, as long as you are cleared by your doctor. I can easily design workouts around any injury including knee, back and shoulder injuries. Depending on the issue we can even work on strengthening and improving mobility in the area. 

What style of PT do you do?

Each workout is fun and different to keep sessions interesting. They are designed specifically to your goals and we use a range of equipment. If you have a preference to a certain style of training let me know and I can likely accommodate. 

Can you help me with my eating?

Yes, I specialize in helping clients change their eating habits to reach their goals by using a range of effective and healthy fat loss methods. Every person is different, so we mold the plan to suit your needs.

Do you have Covid protocols in place?

Yes, I have completed a Covid Training Certificate, we abide by the social distancing guidelines, and all equipment is wiped with antibacterial wipes after each session. 

Can my kids join in on the sessions?

For sure, kids often join in on the exercises and you can even hold your baby as a weight for squats!
