WHO IS BRIANNA?
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, having worked in Albany, London, Surrey and Perth.
Before I was a PT I used to struggle with over eating and functioned with an 'all or nothing' mindset towards food. After extensive research and practice, I managed to break the bad habits and develop a lifestyle that is sustainable for the rest of my life.
I lost 10kg and have sustained my results for over 10 years through the habits I've developed.
Now I help others do the same.
