I don't have a gym membership, can I still do the program?
Yes, the program is designed so that it can be completed at your home or gym. You just need a set of 3kg and 5kg dumbbells, resistance bands (the long skinny ones with handles) and an exercise mat - all which can be purchased cheap from Kmart.
I have an injury or medical condition, is it safe for me to do the program?
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting the program for medical clearance. Depending on the case, they may suggest some adjustments or particular exercises for you to avoid during the program, but in some instances it may not be suitable.
I'm not confident with how to do exercises, is this for me?
Yes, we have accompanying video demonstrations for each of the exercises along with written teaching points so that you know you are performing exercises with correct form.
Is the program available immediately?
No, it will start from the upcoming Monday (or the following Monday if you purchase the program on a Monday). You will be sent a confirmation email.
Do I have lifetime access to the program?
No, the program is delivered day by day from the start date with daily messages, workouts and prompts within the app that guide you. It is designed to take you on a consistent journey through the daily ups, downs, and busy life that everyone experiences, through to the other side where you will have gained immense knowledge on how to live a healthy balanced life and achieve fat loss. Once the 12 weeks is up the program is complete.
I'm worried I wont have enough time to complete the program.
This program is designed with busy people in mind. Even though there are daily messages and tasks, the goal is to learn to adapt your healthy habits when life gets busy. This program isn't about perfection, it's about learning a healthy way of living that fits with YOUR life. Some days you might need to reschedule a task and that's OK, life happens and life will never be a perfect set of daily habits.
I've tried exercise and nutrition programs before, how is this different?
This program is not about perfection and following a strict plan. Though there is plan there for you to follow, it teaches you consistency through times when you can't be bothered or don't have time. It gives you all the knowledge you need to lose weight in a sustainable way that will change how you live your life.
