Chia Pudding

Serves: 1 Prep: 5 mins Fridge: 2 hours


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/3 cup blueberries


  1. Mix all ingredients in a cup then allow to sit for 3 minutes, then give it another stir to ensure no clumps.

  2. Store in fridge to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Once ready to eat top with a few more blueberries and serve cold.
